At French Vahine, every order is carefully prepared before being shipped.
Processing Times
Jewellery that is in stock is generally prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Some creations may be made to order. In this case, additional production time may apply. This information, along with the estimated production time, is specified on the relevant product page.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Available shipping methods depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are shown before the order is finalised and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
The estimated delivery time for the selected shipping method is also provided at checkout.
Deliveries Within the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, please allow approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Tracked delivery: €9.90
Free on orders over €150.
Order Tracking
When the selected shipping method includes tracking, a tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are advised to carefully check the shipping address provided when placing their order.
If you notice an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@frenchvahine.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the European Union or to certain territories, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival. Unless otherwise stated, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We will take the necessary steps to investigate the situation with the carrier.
