Order preparation

Jewellery in stock is carefully prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

For certain made-to-order creations, additional production time may be required. This is specified directly on the product page.

Shipping & tracking

Orders are shipped from La Grande-Motte, France.

The available delivery methods, their rates, and estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout, depending on your destination.

European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, please allow approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Tracked delivery: €9.90
Free on orders over €150.

When the selected shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error after your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@frenchvahine.com. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update it.

International deliveries

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival. These potential charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
