Returns and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at bonjour@frenchvahine.com, quoting your order number.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, the jewelry must be returned no later than 14 days after your notification of withdrawal to the following address:

Return Conditions

The jewelry may be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. However, you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

We recommend returning your order in its original packaging and using a tracked shipping method.

Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Personalized Creations

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Jewelry that is simply made to order, without being personalized to your specifications, does not lose the right of withdrawal for this reason alone.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered. If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the jewelry back or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Damaged Product, or Order Error

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@frenchvahine.com, quoting your order number and, if possible, attaching photographs.

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, without prejudice to your rights under applicable statutory guarantees.
