Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To inform us of your wish to return a piece of jewellery, contact us at bonjour@frenchvahine.com, specifying your order number.

Once your request has been made, you have 14 days to return the jewellery to us at the address that will be provided to you.

Jewellery must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold. We recommend that you place them back in their original packaging and use a tracked shipping method.

Return shipping costs

Direct return costs are your responsibility.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered. If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery method, the corresponding supplement will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may, however, defer the refund until we have received the jewellery back or until you have provided us with proof of its shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Personalised jewellery

In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

The simple fact that a piece of jewellery is made to order does not, in itself, remove the right of withdrawal.

Damaged, defective jewellery, or order error

If you receive a damaged or defective piece of jewellery, or one that is different from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@frenchvahine.com, indicating your order number and, if possible, attaching photographs.

We will indicate the procedure to follow.
